With Ascend Now, Dhiya helped small businesses improve their online presence, offering free services to enhance their social media and websites.

Context

High school internships are rare and often ineffective. At 15, Portia founded InternEd to offer virtual internships for Indonesian students, reducing costs and providing real-world experience. Launching Dec 2021.

Our Approach

Guided Portia in pitching her idea in the Ascend Now Women’s Bullpen, where she won second place, boosting her confidence and visibility.

Advised Portia to conduct primary research, surveying over 150 students, to validate her idea and understand the demand for internships.

Helped create internships in marketing, product testing, and market research, close deals with 12 brands, build a website, and plan a pilot launch for December 2021.
